"Young Leaders School" is an educational project serving the youth of Echmiatsin Enlarged Community aged 14 and older.

 Our aims are:

• Contribute to the formation of a competitive, knowledgeable, and patriotic citizen of RA,

• Create a platform for networking and mutual aid,

• Establish a solid foundation of values, skills, and knowledge necessary for student’s success.

The six-month certificate program consists of by-weekly meetings in the form of seminars, workshops and visits.

Professionals from various fields are invited as speakers, who in addition to sharing their experience and knowledge, become good connections for students, ready to contribute to their future activities as well.

The courses include: Leadership, Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Values and Culture, Effective Communication, Logic, Rhetoric, Human Rights, Ethics and Etiquette, Body Language, Technology and Innovation, Presentation Skills, Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Fundamentals of Financial Literacy, Management Psychology, Public speaking, Diplomacy, etc.

If you are ready to support the project with your expertise, (and/ or connections), we will greatfully cooperate. The duration of the meetings are 1.5 hours (the courses take place in Etchmiatsin).

You can also sponsor the tuition fees, 144 000 AMD per student (for the whole course), thereby contributing to the building of a stable future of youth living in the regions.
